I wasn't happy when the product came in with a broken edge, scratches all over the plastic and dirty. Clearly I would have washed it anyway before use but this required extensive washing! This product was pre owned and not advertised as such. When you buy molds from the store they are clean in good shape and have a cardboard backing affixed to them. Once cleaned up it does make a gorgeous ribbon and is easy to use.
