I used this mold to make chocolate pops for my daughter's birthday party. I melted Hershey chocolate slowly in the microwave and then poured it into each kitty, then placed a 4.5" long stick in each. I recommend the 4.5" sticks; I have 4" sticks and those work but they seem a little short. The molds took the chocolate well and released it perfectly after sticking them in the fridge for a couple hours. The only thing is that these cats are BIG--I used 16 Hershey Kisses per kitty. They took a couple hours to set in the fridge, but almost a whole day if I didn't refrigerate them. I recommend overfilling the molds a little, otherwise the ears are a little shallow and may break off when you bag the pops. They are sturdy plastic, but when it says not machine washable, they mean it. I was a noob and washed mine in the dishwasher, and needless to say, I now have to order more molds. :(

After not receiving my order 2 days late I contacted this vendor asking where the order was. I got a response that there had been a shipping label error and I would receive the order in a few days. Saturday, March 9th I had still not received the order and contacted the vendor again. I got an email asking for positive feedback and was completely dissatisfied as I had intended to use the ordered product to make a gift for my Granddaughter's birthday. Her birthday has come and passed and I had specifically told her already that I was going to make something special for her - she was very excited and now due to this seller - she is very disappointed also. I am NOT happy with this sellers service at all. Today I received an email from this seller that they would give me a refund for my order when I REMOVE the negative feedback I left for their bad service, and now I see that I am NOT the only person that has gotten the same type of service for the same EXACT reason. This seller seems to have a pattern of NOT being able to label shipping addresses on the packages they send out to their customers. In my opinion I would avoid using this vendor for any purchase. I did give this seller a negative feedback of 1 star and they only got that because I couldn't give them a NO star rating! They responded to my feedback with, "I was suppose to email them and give them 24 hours to resolve the problem" before giving them a negative feedback. However, I did email them first and they had two full days to resolve the problem in which I emailed them a second time and then posted the negative feedback. This seller is making excuses for their poor execution and does not even take responsibility for their bad service.
