Was not an easy task to make a whole egg that was hollow. It would have been great for a solid half of and egg! and it was much bigger than I thought it would have been, but that was my fault. I would not purchase this for the recipe that took me to this link for cheesecake filled chocolate eggs.

Well as a professional I should have known better. I got them and the surface looks to be questionable. I don't think they are going to look smooth, there are signs of scratches and abrasion. I will be using them for me and my kids at home, but I had planned on using them at the school I teach at for a chocolate demo, but after seeing the condition I don't think I will. I will stop at the local place and make sure the new ones are perfect.
