I got this to make a unique chocolate topper for a cheesecake I was bringing to family night. I first used dark chocolate to detail the continents on the globe then filled the globe with white chocolate. I fished the rest of the detail with dark chocolate. It turned out great and was easy to remove the chocolate and clean afterwards.

I bought this to use as a chocolate mold to make a gift for my father - a retired Marine.The mold is large and very detailed. While the plastic isn't particularly thick, I didn't expect it to be.I successfully made my chocolate candy, and I have to say that my father definitely enjoyed the sentiment.
