Great toilet paper, fulfills it's purpose very appropriately. However, I just can't figure out which way it should hang on the rack--over or under. I mean one day it's fine hanging one way, but the next it seems to work better hanging the other way. I guess it just depends on the situation, and what best fits the agenda for any given day.
