Easy to use and clean. I use it to make chocolate Truffles, and the quality of the finished product is excellent. My only wish is that they were a different color so that I could more easily see and be able to assess where I have been inconsistent in applying the chocolate.

This is a nice little silicon mold, however, it is very floppy and you have to make sure to place it on a flat hard surface. The color makes it difficult to keep clean especially if you're making chocolates. It's hard to see the difference between the mold and left over chocolate bits when trying to clean.

I was taught how to make chocolates with a hard shell rather than a silicone. I dont think I will go back to silicone again, it is hard to pound the air bubbles out of the chocolate with the silicone mold. I also had a hard time removing the excess chocolate from the top of the mold without the mold bending - making the bottoms look messy. This also would sometimes move the edges of the mold before the chocolate was set causing matte streaking rather than shiny. The ease of popping the chocolates out of the mold was nice but thats the only positive thing I can say about this product.
