Each bee hive piece is 1-1/2-inch by 1-3/4-inch by -3/8-inch with 8 cavities per mold. This mold makes approximately 30 pieces per pound of chocolate. Do not use for hard candy or other hot ingredients.

Hives are deep enough to make a nice sized piece of chocolate. Mold is exactly as pictured. I made in yellow vanilla flavored and mint chocolate flavored, both came out perfect in showing the details. Worked out perfectly for my sister's bridal shower favors. Mold is easy to clean and priced nicely at $2. Same price as most molds at A.C. Moore and Michael's.

My Boyfriend calls me Bee and this mold just screamed me, I love it. The chocolates I made came right out, no fuss no mess and the bees are noticeable on the finished product. Very Cute!

i bought this product because it fit in with my theme of my package and it was a perfect size. however, some of the molds melted from the hot chocolate and messed up the cute shape so i would recomend not getting plastic - that's what i would do next time.
