The mold is said to be for use with butter as well as chocolate. I am having great difficulty removing the butter from the mold. When I sprayed the mold with Pam, it did not make much difference on the extrication - and the spray interferred with the grooves and ridges on the butter pats. That being said, I love the idea of making Eiffel Tower butter pats. The mold did tear at the bottom corner - but duct tape is doing a good job for further pats.

Needed this at the last minute for a party - had thought of putting them on top of minicupcakes - but a little to big for that. They would work well on standard cupcakes but also do quite well as a stand alone treat. Chocolate set quickly and came out well. Very happy with product!
