The molds are great in themselves and very easy to use. You don't have to spray them or coat them with anything as the chocolate does not stick to them once solid and can easily be removed.A few things to note:The sticks for these need to be small. Other molds allow you to use any size length of stick but this mold doesn't. The sticks I ordered were too long so I just cut them to length. Easy peazy.Buy several molds. It takes a bit for each mold to set so the process will go faster is you buy several molds to make more at once.I purchased mine from Amazon but found them cheaper at my local arts & crafts store. A LOT cheaper.
