This high-quality silicone mould lets you easily create a beautiful baby for decorating your cakes. The mould is soft and flexible, making it easy to fill with fondant or gum paste and remove the moulded piece. After unmoulding, dust with lustre or pearl dust or colour as desired.

To use, knead a small amount of fondant or gum paste until smooth, dust with cornstarch, then press it into the mould (do not dust the mould itself, as this will result in a loss of detail). Pop the moulded fondant or gum paste out by gently holding the mould with your thumbs on top and fingers on the bottom of the mould and flexing it out and up. For deep or highly-detailed moulds, place the filled mould into the refrigerator or freezer for 15 - 30 minutes to allow the fondant or gum paste to set firm and to make for easy de-moulding
NOTE: Cavity dimensions (where noted) are approximate and generally refer to the dimensions of the cavity opening; the product obtained from the mould may be smaller or larger than the dimensions noted, depending on the shape and style of the cavity

I just received mine few days ago, and I have to say I was disappointed with the size, as it says in the product description that it is 2�", but when I received it, it was smaller, as the description refers to the entire mold including surrounding edges & NOT actual mold size!I only wished it was more clear so I could have determined if it was too small or fare in size to what I was looking for.I will try it and maybe write another review on my experience using the mold ;)

I used this mold with gum paste that I tinted flesh color. I hand painted detail with edible colors and topped a baby shower cake with it. It was such a hit. Everyone said it looked like a real baby. You can go to their website for pointers. It was pretty easy to use. Just follow directions carefully and be sure to fill the mold completely.

I love this mold , but wish it was bigger at least about 4 to 5 inches long will be watching to see if a bigger one becomes available
