Okay - they are paper cones - they do their job and hold up cotton candy. It is always wise to take some time and separate them before you have to start making CC, but I have yet to get cones that you don't. They have to pack them tight to get them shipped in a manageable container, so thats fine. Shipping time was GREAT and they are a good over all product.
