I bought 4 bags to make chocolate mustaches for my son's birthday. they came out great. the chocolate is tasty. it's also very easy to work with. just follow the directions for melting. I poured mine into my mold then placed them in the freezer for 10 min. they pop right out when you turn your mold upside down on wax paper. great buy!

I purchased these to make chocolate covered almonds. They melt quickly and evenly in a crock pot on low. The taste is great and the color is a nice rich brown chocolate-y color.If you're interested, after I melt the wafers in a crock, I then dump the almonds in and stir them up, spoon them on to a wax papered cookie sheet in the freezer and transfer them to a bag to be stored.
