In addition to the small lamb mold, I purchased this mold also. This makes a really good size finished product. When used as a butter lamb it made a huge lamb once the butter "curls" were added on. It will be a great butter lamb for your Easter table, but it will use about 2# of butter so it's better suited for a large family or even a buffet. I made a chocolate lamb also, however I didn't make it solid, I partially filled it to make a hollow lamb. That turned out so nice ! I was pleased with the ease of releasing the chocolate and butter from the lamb. Just be sure to but the filled mold in the fridge until you see it can easily be released. A nice addition to your Easter basket or tale.
