I only been making truffles for a short time and they go so fast that I was making them every week. Rolling all the truffles by hand was getting tiresome, standing at my kitchen counter after the end of a work day hand rolling truffles. This looked like just what I wanted to use so I tried it and was very happy with the ease of which the truffles came out of the mold. It worked just like the video from the Truffly Made web site. I was so happy that I bought and just received the small mold. I would recommend this product to anyone who likes to make candy at home. Jim

I've been making truffles for a few years now, experimenting with different truffle recipes and styles. I love the uniform appearance of molded truffles, and I saw this as the perfect way to continue to make dipped truffles while achieving a consistent appearance. I've had to modify a few recipes (I had a disaster experience with a butter ganache recipe that stuck to the mold), but since moving to a more basic ganache with a high chocolate ratio, I've seen fantastic results. Well worth the high price. Now I just need to make bigger batches so I can fill the entire sheet!Highly recommended for beginner and advanced truffle makers. Saves a lot of time that would ordinarily be spent rolling truffles. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and durable.

This is an absolutelly wonderful product! No more time being wasted waiting for the chocolate to set, scooping and then hand rolling. Just pour and voila, it is done. The mold is easy to use and easy to clean. I love making truffles and now it is so much more fun! Though the simingly high price was a bit of a deterrent and delayed my purchased, I am now glad I bought the mold. I am going to save my "pennies" and in the very near future purchase the other great molds from Truffly Made. Though this item was not included as the Amazon Prime for 2-day shipping, it arrived within 2 days anyway. Truffly Made had it shipped on the day I placed the order! Woderful!!
