I got this mold for soap making. It's perfect for guest-type soaps, a nice shape, size, details are good. I had no trouble getting my unscented soaps out of the mold. Other soaps made with fragrance oils and herbs seems to be a bit trickier to come out but I'm a beginner soaper so I can't say if it's the mold or my skills (probably the latter).Definitely worth the money!

This is a cute mold, but one of the fish cracked the first time used. I use about 15 other plastic molds and this is the first one to crack on me. I have been using the other parts of the mold, and the turtles turn out especially cute. I use it for melt & pour soap and like that the turtle neck is sturdy without any turtle heads breaking off. Disappointed that I can't use all of the mold, but I like the detailed creatures it produces.
