I had never made chocolates before and was concerned that it would be tricky, messy, or difficult. It was NONE of those things!These owls are the perfect size!Just make sure they are cooled completely before you try to take them out... 15-20 minutes in the freezer should work and avoid little chocolate owl decapitation.

Am I the only one to notice or care that these poor birds have no beaks? I actually didn't notice until my husband pointed it out, but then couldn't bear to make them and ended up buying a different version. If anyone else catches something I'm missing here, please fill me in! I'm pretty perplexed by the lack of comments about this so far.
