wish letters were a little deeper. I like the size of them, but they aren't quite deep enough.for decorating they are good, but can't really use them as stand alone letter. I am satisfied, though.

As another reviewer said, these molds could stand to be a little deeper. With the letters being as thin as they are, they melt faster with handling. Also, the wells for the cut-out parts of letters like A, B, P, R, etc, could stand to be a little deeper to give the letters more definition. (I'll post a photo to show how they are) You'll definitely want to clean the excess chocolate off of these before unmolding, since you can't handle them. Let them set up for just a few minutes after you fill the mold and you can easily scrape the excess off with a butter knife. If you try to wipe them off while the chocolate is still melted it will just smear. Also, while filling these, you'll want to make sure you get rid of any air bubbles you have. Just hold the mold up so you can look at it from underneath, and use a paint brush or utensil to push your chocolate down from the top to fill the little holes. After filling, I usually pop the mold into the freezer for several minutes to help the chocolate set. When it's fully set, just put a plate or tray flush against the mold and turn it over. The letters slide right out.
